Trampolines Offer Fun Ways to Stay Connected With Your Children

Play these games on your trampoline as a way to bring your family closer together.

Telephone: The players take turns, The first player gets on the trampoline and does a trick such as a knee drop. The next player repeats that trick and adds one of his own. The third player repeats the others’ tricks in their order and adds one of his own. If a player doesn’t replicate the tricks in the correct order, that player is “out”.  The last player left in the game is the winner. This game is especially fun when there is a long string of tricks!

Hot Potato: The players stand in a circle and start throwing a ball across the trampoline to each other. If a player drops the ball or stops jumping, he is “out” and sits down.  The last person left standing is declared the winner.

Trampoline Dodgeball: Two players jump on the trampoline at the same time while the rest stay on the ground around the trampoline. The players on the ground throw a ball at those bouncing and if one hits a player on the trampoline, the bouncer trades places with the player on the ground. Keeping score for each player makes the game even more fun!
